Automated Medical Accounting is a comprehensive, easy-to-use medical practice
management system. It options sections for Billing, Collections, Financial
Analysis, Recall, Appointment Scheduling, Clinical Information, and
Telecommunications. This is a true open item system which identifies insured
and non-insured charges, as well as providing automated write-offs. Payment
application is fast, efficient, and pays any combination of patient, family,
insured, or noninsured charges. Unlimited fee schedules for each physician can
handle any special fee situations. With unlimited patient notes, both clinical
and financial data can be recorded using an integrated word processor. Multiple
Recall selection criteria allow selective patient follow-ups and call-backs in
multiple formats (letters, labels, or postcards). Collections is fully
automated with the use of the letter, label, or postcard formatting option. The
 "Report Queue Manager" allows data to be "pipelined" between most report
options. Pipelining, in conjunction with the large number of selection
criteria, allows virtually unlimited reporting capabilities.
